I have an attitude of gratitude. I am very thankful for my friends and family. I am easy going and down to earth. Over forty years of marriage has taught me that love isn't always easy but it is worth fighting for. Love is patient and forgiving and without those things a relationship is in trouble. I love the outdoors. The mountains are probably my favorite but enjoy all aspects of nature especially water-so much so in fact that sometimes I get excited just taking a shower…hee, hee, hee……. I love the ocean, sitting, watching the waves roll in, playing in the surf and watching the sun set. I like to travel to places I have yet to see within in the USA and internationally and love going on cruises. I like the state and national parks. I also like to go on outings, shop-even for groceries-dine out fancy or just locally, trying new places. I like the movies and the theater and when I am able, I like to go dancing from time to time. I enjoy a candle-lit dinner at home and a good glass of wine. I also love to stay at home, watching a good movie with the one I love. I am very upbeat and positive and have a good sense of humor. I love the outdoors and am romantic. I am goal-oriented and a go-for-it type of per. I am looking for someone who shares my interests and will share her interests with me. Someone who is patient and loving. I am far from perfect so I am looking for someone who will love me in spite of my imperfections and who will trust me with her own. I really appreciate a woman that likes to cook and a neat home.....I'll help! My mate should like to travel, go on cruises, take day , weekend or four day trips or longer, watch movies on DVD, like oldies music ('50's to '80's), be easy to talk to, easy going, sensual and sexual would be nice and an all around good girl. As a side note-I am losing 2-3 pounds a week-just lost 5 in the last ten days-through portion control and what exercising I can do and am getting a hip replacement. I sometimes use a walker. I should be 100% by Nov or Dec 2017.
